Fall floral bundles
Capture fall’s splendid colours in an eclectic mix of seasonal blooms
Helen Kisicek-Soroka, owner of The Flower Room in Toronto, used cuttings from her shop and garden to create these luscious posies. "They’re miniature worlds unto themselves," she says. And we couldn't agree more.
**HELEN'S HOW-TO**
Start with a few sprigs of greenery. Choose a bright, colourful flower to create a strong focal point. Fill
"empty pockets" with jewels such as pepper berries and rosehips to add colour and texture or even fragrant herbs to further tantalize the senses. Tie with string and trim stems making sure they are long enough to drink up water. Display in a grouping of small jars, juice glasses or vases. **tip:** Deconstruct a greengrocer bouquet and round it out with cuttings from your garden.
