Garden-fresh tomato, basil, & bocconcini salad

A wonderfully colourful and fresh sidekick for any grilled main

##INGREDIENTS## Use your best-quality extra-virgin olive oil to enhance the fresh flavours of this salad. * 3 cups roughly chopped heirloom tomatoes * 1 cup bocconcini balls, quartered * 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, whole and torn, depending on size * 1-2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil (or more, to taste)

##INSTRUCTIONS## Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl, drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Makes 8 servings.
