GL Contest: Curb Appeal Second Place

Lynne Brodie from Sidney, BC gave her garden extra curb appeal with a touch of English charm landing her second prize

##Thumbs Up!## Lynne Brodie upped her garden’s curb appeal by creating a beautiful English border out of a worn-out strip of grass between a brick walkway and white picket fence built by her husband.

Now, she says, “cars stop, cyclists give the thumbs up and people cross the street” to get a closer look at the purple, blue and pink array of foxgloves, bellflowers, delphiniums, lupines and roses.
