Great start blueberry smoothie
This recipe is so easy, there is no excuse not to drink your way to good health, every morning
##INGREDIENTS (makes 2 servings)##
* 1 individual serving container vanilla yogurt
* 1/2 cup skim milk
* 1 banana, peeled and chopped
* 1 cup blueberries
* 1 tablespoon each natural bran and honey (approx.)
