Hearts of Romaine Salad

Simple becomes elegant when you split romaine hearts lengthwise and drizzle dressing over top

##INGREDIENTS## Buy romaine hearts instead of whole heads and simply cut * 1 tbsp Dijon mustard * 3 tbsp mayonnaise * 1/4 cup Champagne vinegar * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/2 cup grapeseed oil * 1 package of four romaine hearts split in half * 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

##INSTRUCTIONS## 1. Shake all ingredients for dressing together and drizzle over romaine hearts 2. Garnish with chopped parsley. Makes 8 servings.
