Hibiscus Ginger Iced Tea

This delicious tea is packed with hibiscus flower's unique taste and powerful antioxidants

##INGREDIENTS## * 6 cups water * 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers * ¾ cup granulated sugar * 1 2-inch piece ginger, peeled and thinly sliced * 1 12-oz can sparkling water

##INSTRUCTIONS## 1. Combine all ingredients except soda in a pot over high heat. Bring to a boil, stir to dissolve sugar and steep for 15 minutes. Strain carefully, pressing to remove as much liquid as possible. Chill until cold. 2. To serve, pour into ice-filled glasses and add ¼ cup soda water to each glass. **Chef's Tip:** Make one day ahead and add sparkling water just before serving.
