Juliet's Fennel Salad with Radish
Fresh radish adds crunch and peppery punch to this salad. Terrif raw radishes are also delicious steamed, sautéed or stir-fried
##INGREDIENTS##
* 3 tbsp olive oil
* 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
* 1 tbsp rice vinegar
* 1 tsp Dijon mustard
* 1 tbsp chopped fresh mixed herbs (parsley, chives or tarragon)
* 1 small fennel bulb, halved and thinly sliced
* 1 bunch watercress, thick stems removed
* 1 small head bibb lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
* 4 radishes, stems removed and thinly sliced
