A helping hand in the garden

Every gardener has to haul stuff and I’ve seen children’s wagons, wooden boxes and even shopping carts used creatively. Here are my favourite trusty helpers: Photos by Mark Burstyn

**BUCKET AID** Metal buckets with handles are handy for mixing compost, collecting weeds and carrying seed or fertilizer. Rinse buckets after every use and hang them to dry.
