Outdoor furniture makeovers

Haul out your neglected furniture and give it a facelift you'll be proud to show off Photos by Mark Burstyn

**Wicker wonderful** Don’t toss drab wicker furniture—it’s easily updated with a rich-coloured coat of paint. **how long it took** 45 minutes per chair **what you’ll need** Soft-bristled brush (we used a dustpan brush), snips, Rust-Oleum Painter’s Touch multi-purpose spray paint in Dark Gray. **prep tips** Use the brush to remove dust or dirt; snip off any loose or broken wicker.
