**Lip Service**
The cast-iron vessel with its lovely tulip edge steals the show in this design—although lavish amethyst hyacinths certainly hold their own. Sweet little violas and silver artemisia emphasize the colour of the pot. Pussy willows are useful to add height to containers. If the branches take root, simply plant them in the garden to adorn next year’s arrangements.
**SUMMER UPDATE** Play up the remaining blue fescue and artemisia with blue salvia, dark green boxwood and silvery lamb’s ears.
